I started off making a standard card from cream card stock. I used a marker to color the tag stamp (since it was a solid stamp it gave me that neat effect) and placed/stamped it where I wanted the tag cut out to be on the card. Using a craft knife I cut it out. I then made the panels for the front of the card and adhered them. I flipped the card open and using the existing tag hole, cut out the “tag” from the back side so the front panels were no longer covering it. I placed a panel on the inside back of the card, then, closing the card I attached the tag to the inside using the tag hole as a placement guide. I temporarily tacked a panel to the inside top, flipped the card over and once again cut the “tag” out (thru the front this time). I removed this panel and attached acetate over the hole with double sided tape and then firmly reattached the inside panel to make it look all pretty. I added a ribbon bow and a rose to the outside and pearls to dress up the inside.
